We have two special girls this month. The first one is Kaitlyn from New York. She was nominated back in January of this year. She will be receiving a beautiful Medical alert bracelet with also a couple of fun charms. We like to put a couple of extra charms on a child's bracelet. This way they will love it and not mysteriously loose it while wearing it with excitement!
Our second winner is a very special young lady, Cassie. She loves her school & is a cheer leader. She also will be receiving a bracelet and some fun charms along with her Medical Alert Ones.
